Inspired by the 50th anniversary of the year 1968, the Radical Film Network is organising a 1968 festival. RFN68 presents itself as a democratic and open source festival, and will run for 68 days from 1 May – 7 July 2018. Through an international programme of films, workshops, discussions, and social events, the festival will examine the legacy of the radical and revolutionary events of 1968. Individuals, institutions, organisations, and political and activist groups are all invited to create their own events under the festival banner. Visit the RFN website for more information, including the call for participation and the online event submission form.
