NECSUS – Call for Proposals: Features Autumn 2022

March 29, 2022/in News /by Greg DeCuir

NECSUS is now inviting abstract submissions for the Features section of our Autumn 2022 issue. Articles in the Features section are full-length research articles on a variety of themes related to media studies but not necessarily connected to a special section topic. For articles published in the Autumn 2022 issue, we accept abstracts until 30 April 2022.

We look forward to receiving abstracts of 300 words, including 3-5 bibliographic references, 4-5 keywords, and a short biography of 100 words at the following address: g.decuir@aup.nl. On the basis of selected abstracts writers will be invited to submit full manuscripts (6,000-8,000 words, revised abstract) – notifications are generally sent 2-3 weeks after the deadline. Manuscripts are due on 1 September and  will subsequently go through a double-blind peer review process.

Access our submission guidelines here.

Please note that we do not accept full manuscripts for consideration without an invitation.
