The recurring lecture series ‘Digital Delights and Disturbances’ hosted by John Cabot University, Rome, features leading scholars, artists, and mediamakers to discuss big data, artificial intelligences and algorithmic prediction from a variety of perspectives. On 10 March, Felix Stalder, Geraldine Juàrez, Andrea Baronchelli explore the technopromises of a blockchain future and culture in their lecture “NFTs and Blockchain culture”, followed by a presentation on “The Emergence of algorithmic solidarity” by Tiziano Bonini and Emiliano Treré on 16 March.
