Conference – ‘Connections: Exploring Heritage, Architecture, Cities, Art, Media’
From 29-30 June 2020, the University of Kent, Canterbury, will be hosting a virtual conference on ‘Connections: Exploring Heritage, Architecture, Cities, Art, Media’. Understanding city experiences as mediated through marketing, technology and communication, the conference aims to explore the connection between the digital and the life in the city across disciplines. Therefore, the conference invites contributions from architecture and urban design as well as film, media and cultural studies. In the virtual format, pre-recorded presentations, and short films virtual presentations via Zoom/Skype as well as written papers are possible. Abstracts can be submitted via the conference website until 10 April 2020.
