Audience users @ EYE

On 13 December 2012 EYE Film Institute will host a workshop on the subject of audience users. NECSUS advisory board member Giovanna Fossati will be a featured speaker at this workshop. In addition, NECSUS editorial board members Patricia Pisters, Jaap Kooijman, and Annie van den Oever will present issue #2_Autumn 2012_’Tangibility’.

Other featured speakers at the workshop include Ian Christie and Raymond Bellour. At the end of the afternoon there will be a roundtable discussion on trending topics in film and media studies featuring NECSUS advisory board member Jeroen Jansz, Markus Stauff (access his compilation book review on television studies here), and others. Jeroen Sondervan from Amsterdam University Press will join in for the presentation of NECSUS #2. No reservations needed. Free tickets can be requested in the EYE Film Institute ticket office.
